Joe Daniels of Swing This Kettlebell and Strength made these programs using his decade plus of kettlebell training experience.

Since 2005, Joe has been certified from various agencies such as NASM, NSCA, IKFF, IYCA and has worked with some of the top kettlebell instructors in the world.
There are many ways to modify this program. There are a few double kettlebell exercises that you could modify to use single and alternate sides each set.
Popular sizes weve seen used include 2x 8-14kg and singles of 16-28 kg for females
2x 16-28 kg and singles of 24-40kg for males.
Of course the beauty of KB is that you can modify the exercises fairly easily to make them tougher or easier.

This 8 week program is great for body recomposition and strength building.
Most of that will come down to are you eating enough quality nutrition for your goals.
There are two weeks that taper down a bit, so this program could be used several times in a row.
We have other compatible programs to buy and others releasing very soon such as the KB Only Complex program which would be great to use after this.

Most Kettlebell programs are based around conditioning and now lots of Instagram powered "flow based" workouts.
Those are not conducive to building muscle and strength. They will get you better at coordination and endurance.
The KB MUSCLE GAIN program was made by an ex competitive national level NPC bodybuilding competitor who has trained with kettlebells since 2009 not only for kettlebell sport but for muscle building and longevity based exercise.
