A minimalist kettlebell strength protocol for KBOMG Friends
This program is based on lifting higher volume of HEAVIER Single Kettlebells and a day in the week of doubles (optional) for the main lifts of Clean and Press and Goblet Squat plus Reverse Lunge.
What started off as a workout I would do often with heavy clean and presses, now is a complete KBOMG minimalist kettlebell program.
