Kettlebell Only Muscle Gain or KBOMG are specifically designed kettlebell training programs focused on gaining strength and muscle using predominantly kettlebells.
Whether you're a beginner in kettlebell training or a seasoned user, KBOMG has a program specifically for you. More than just a conditioning tool, these kettlebell programs are meant to safely challenge your body, no matter the fitness level you're currently at.
Many call this a "hybrid program" with hardstyle and KB Sport elements plus other STKB-specific training and protocols. These have been polished over the last 12 years with countless clients, both in person and worldwide.
Most of the programs are served via Google Drive so that they can be updated.
As the creator, I aim to be accessible when you may have questions. It's included in the price. Feel free to tag, or message via social media or the website, and I'll do my best to answer ASAP.

Kettlebell Only Muscle Gain Volume 1 & our kettlebell programs will be too challenging for some beginners.
I will be the first to tell you that you may want to try a prerequisite before buying some of the programs I have made here. I don't want to see you get injured or not enjoy your routine.
